Develop, maintain and oversee implementation of Accelerator Operations quality system to track performance of systems and develop strategies to increase accelerator performance and availability and reliability. Represent department to system-providing technical departments to assure operability and availability and reliability of accelerator and fragment separator and provide direction on schedule and investment priorities. Lead learning and continuous improvement efforts based on performance metrics. Interface with systems engineering to assure an accurate representation of the accelerator and fragment separator configuration in the FRIB configuration management system. Qualified candidates will possess a Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering + 3 years of experience as an Engineer or any related position in engineering. Must have three years Exp.in operations and operations management of complex facilities.
