Description We are actively searching for a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team based in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This role involves a broad range of accounting duties including managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing bank reconciliations and cash flow statements, and handling month-end tasks along with other special projects.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Conduct thorough bank reconciliations on a regular basis
Handle cash flow statements to ensure financial liquidity
Perform month-end close activities precisely
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
Participate and contribute to special projects as assigned
Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in conducting Bank Reconciliations
Demonstrated knowledge of maintaining the General Ledger
Ability to record and manage Journal Entries accurately and efficiently
Experience with Month End Close procedures and reporting
Familiarity with NetSuite accounting software
Proficiency in using Oracle for financial management
Experience with QuickBooks software for accounting purposes
Knowledge and experience in using SAP for financial operations
