Job Summary
The Learning Experience & Talent Programs Specialist plays a pivotal role at the intersection of data, systems, and experience design, supporting the strategic development and seamless execution of talent and learning programs. This role blends technical expertise in data architecture and learning systems with hands-on coordination of talent initiatives, events, and stakeholder engagement.
As part of the Learning and Talent team, you'll partner with leadership, HR, and IT to build scalable infrastructure, deliver actionable insights, and help administer impactful employee development programs-ensuring every initiative is well-executed, data-informed, and aligned with business goals.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration & Enablement
* Triage incoming help tickets related to talent systems-responding directly to common questions and assigning more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors.
* Serve as administrator and subject matter expert for talent systems (e.g., LMS, LXP, survey tools, HRIS modules).
* Manage user access, troubleshoot technical issues, and liaise with IT and vendors for system enhancements.
* Ensure platforms are intuitive, up to date, and well-documented for end users.
Talent Program & Event Coordination
* Coordinate logistics for talent programs and events, including booking venues or virtual platforms, managing calendars, and confirming attendance.
* Handle all event-related logistics such as ordering food and beverages, arranging room setups, and ensuring necessary A/V equipment is available and functioning.
* Order, track, and organize event supplies and materials (e.g., name tags, workbooks, swag, signage) to support a smooth participant experience.
* Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event needs are clearly communicated and executed on time.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to measure program impact, participation, and performance.
* Integrate learning and talent metrics with broader business KPIs to tell a cohesive, strategic story.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate insights into recommendations for program improvement.
Learning Systems & Data Infrastructure
* Design and maintain scalable learning and talent data architectures and pipelines to support real-time insights and cross-platform integrations.
* May create eLearning content to align with business objectives and measures effectiveness of programs
* Own processes that ensure smooth data flow between HRIS, LMS/LXP, and other people systems.
* Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of learning-related data infrastructure.
* Champion data quality, compliance, and governance standards to uphold privacy and accuracy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Data Science or Analytics, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of progressive experience in learning technologies, talent operations, HR systems, or data infrastructure-ideally in roles combining technical administration, analytics, and cross-functional program support
* Strong understanding of HR and learning metrics and how they relate to business KPIs
* Strong knowledge of data management (ETL, SQL, dashboards), analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Experience with HRIS, LMS, LXP (e.g., Workday, Degreed, Cornerstone, Culture Amp)
