Job Summary:
Tweddle Group is seeking a Support Specialist. This position is responsible for creating, modifying, and updating service manual publication structures to support development team needs for creation of Service Manual publications. They also prepare the completed service manual for delivery to the customer ensuring high quality by performing multiple quality checks and processing to create HTML outputs that are viewable by dealerships around the world.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent authoring system administration experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to spend extended time at their desk using standard office equipment.
