NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Pharmacy Tech for a warehouse role in Troy, MI. This is a 3+ month onsite contract role. Must have MI state Pharmacy Tech certification.
Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, selects, prepares, and packages medications and supplies in preparation for shipment to patients. Performs record keeping functions. Assists in various inventory control processes.
Must be able to stand for duration of shift (8 hours)
Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm Monday through Friday (can be a little flexible; shifts are 8 hours a day between the hours of 730 am to 600 pm EST)
As a pharmacy technician, you should possess high levels of reliability, professionalism, customer focus, problem solving, and team orientation must be exhibited to ensure success in this position
Required Skills/Experience
Must be able to repeatedly lift 5-10 lbs for duration of shift. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30-50 lbs. during a shift.
1+ year(s) experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.
MI State license pharmacy technician certification
