Description
We are seeking a professional, qualified candidate for the position ofAssistant Property Managerfor our Commercial Property Management Division. This position will be located at theWayne County Criminal Justice Center in Detroit, MI.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
Stakeholder relations
Attend stakeholder meetings and update team on outcome
Sub-contractor supervision, inspections, and documentation of KPI results
Coordination of projects assigned
Vendor invoice approval
Oversight of the CJC mail room
Clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
Must have a valid drivers license and automotive insurance
