Enviro-Clean, a family-owned company, is hiring for two leadership positions: Assistant Manager and Working Custodial Manager. Job Skills / Requirements
Position 1: Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you'll focus on training, team development, and quality control to ensure a clean and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and support new and existing team members
Assess the quality of work to maintain high standards
Coordinate staff coverage as needed
Perform cleaning tasks when necessary
Promote a positive team culture
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for travel between locations)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Position 2: Working Custodial Manager
As a Working Custodial Manager, you'll lead by example, performing custodial tasks alongside your team while also handling management duties. This role combines hands-on cleaning work with operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct leadership and oversight to custodial team members
Perform daily cleaning tasks to support your team
Schedule and conduct customer visits to ensure satisfaction
Respond promptly to staff or customer concerns
Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
Requirements:
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Experience in custodial or facilities management (preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
