Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to work on machines that create drive shafts for powertrain components. This position involves working with various high-technology equipment including balancers, friction welders, snap ring presses, straighteners, CNC lathes, electromagnetic welders, and CNC rolling machines.
Responsibilities
Assist in the safe and efficient repair of high-technology welding and balancing equipment.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair plant electrical equipment.
Run machine services including running, hanging, and bending conduit up to 3" and pulling properly sized wire for the required service.
Read and interpret electrical schematics.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC machine controls.
Essential Skills
Experience with electrical installs and repairs in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Electrical troubleshooting experience using a meter, including troubleshooting circuits on live machines with 3 phase, 480 V.
Experience with proximity sensors, switches, and relays.
Blueprint and schematics reading experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ownership of personal tools (no specialty tools needed).

Work Environment
This role is in a manufacturing/production setting where you will be working on machines throughout the day. Training will occur on 1st shift for 45-55 days, after which you will move to 3rd shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am). Flexibility for all shifts is required, and overtime on weekends is voluntary. Standard shifts include 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday, and availability for 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month.

The pay range for this position is $75649.60 - $75649.60/yr.
