Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking to hire a Medical Assistant for their Client in Lathrup Village ,MI.
Job Type -Temp to Hire
Pay - 18-20/HR
Shift Hours -Tue-Fri, 9am-5pm
Primary Responsibilities:
Taking medical histories, scheduling appointments
Explaining treatment procedures to patients,Taking Vitals
Preparing patients for examinations
Assisting the physician during examinations
Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens
Performing basic laboratory tests
Instructing patients about medication and special diets
Will provide direct support for medical procedures like MRIs or X-rays.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and experience providing direct support for medical procedures like MRIs or X-rays.
Certificate of completion of Medical Assistant Program .
Two years of directly related experience,
Phlebotomy skill is preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Computer skills including proficiency in medical practice management systems and Microsoft wordBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
