To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inspecting and testing assemblies, components, and parts, applying knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Directs workers in quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve work-related problems. 
• Assist in root cause, containment, and corrective actions. 
• Documenting quality issues and communicating with team.
• Review sort data /product for release
• Ability to produce and report on quality documentation 

This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Quality team and reports to the Quality Manager.

Required experience:

• Bachelor's degree in applied science in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five (3) years of experience in quality and (2) years management experience
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to mentor and teach the team effective problem solving methods
