Are you someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and doesn't mind working when most people are winding down? Join our overnight facilities team as a Facilities Support Technician and help keep our building running smoothly, safely, and efficiently while the rest of the world sleeps.
You'll handle a little bit of everything-basic repairs, minor installs, moving things around, and keeping things tidy and functional. Every night is different, and your work will make a real impact on how our facility runs day in and day out.
What You'll Be Doing:
Swap out light bulbs, fix leaks, and tackle those small-but important-repairs
Hang pictures, install keyboard trays, and make furniture work like it's brand new
Assist with basic lawn care and keep the outside looking sharp
Respond to service requests and help the team complete special projects
Pitch in on painting, light locksmith work, and deep cleaning when needed
Move furniture, tools, and equipment-no two nights are the same
Use Maximo to log your work and help us stay organized
Support a safe workplace by following safety rules and keeping work areas clean
What We're Looking For:
Someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a good basic maintenance skillset
Comfortable lifting, moving, crawling, climbing, and doing what it takes to get the job done
Able to work independently, follow instructions, and take pride in quality work
Familiar with tools and not afraid of getting a little dirty
Experience with Maximo or other maintenance systems is a bonus (but not required)

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
