Our client, a dynamic player in the fruit industry, is seeking a part time Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to join their team. As an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper
Location: Traverse City, MI
Pay Range: $17/hour
What's the Job?
Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete.
Perform routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for maintaining accounting records.
Check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
Assist with accounts payable functions to ensure timely processing of invoices.
Support the finance team in various administrative tasks as needed.
