Job Description
As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems. Your role will involve hands-on electrical work, blueprint interpretation, system testing, and collaboration with other team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of electrical safety and system design.
Responsibilities
Install various types of feeder and branch conduit and wiring, including EMT, IMC, rigid, PVC, and PVC-coated rigid conduit.
Perform bending, cutting, and threading of conduit in all sizes and types.
Install and configure electrical systems such a motor control centers (MCCs), electrical panels, fire alarms, conveyor systems, lighting, and power systems.
Troubleshoot electrical components including transformers, motors, panels, circuits, and power systems
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe electrical installations.
Essential Skills
State of Michigan Journeyman Electrician License
5+ years of electrical experience in commercial and industrial settings
Proficiency in electrical system installation and configuration
Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical components
OSHA 10 certification

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
