Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
The candidate will be working on the production line, assembling materials, and operating machines. They will lift items off the line, inspect them, and place them in boxes for shipping. This role includes rotating through various positions on the line, making it a versatile and dynamic work experience. Openings are available on the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Overtime may be required throughout the week or on Saturdays, with current shifts lasting 12 hours and mandatory for hourly employees.
Responsibilities
Assemble materials on the production line.
Operate machinery as required.
Inspect parts before boxing them for shipment.
Rotate through different positions on the production line.
Lift and place parts into boxes.
Essential Skills
Manufacturing with at least 6 months of recent experience.
Experience in roles such as production worker, operator, assembler, or warehouse position within the last 6 months.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Visual inspection experience, identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents.
Consistency in job tenure, with at least 8 months or longer at past three jobs.

Work Environment
The work environment is a plastic manufacturing setting, which can be hot in the summer. Employees will work with another OP1 and an OP3 overseeing the machine. The dress code includes work pants, work shirts, closed-toed shoes, and safety glasses. Long fingernails are not allowed due to safety controls.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.05 - $17.05/hr.
