Job Overview:
Lighthouse Plumbing Services, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. This is a full-time position within the Commercial Plumbing Services industry. We are looking for candidates with experience in either residential or commercial plumbing, with a strong willingness to grow and develop within the commercial sector.
Transition support provided: We will train qualified candidates who have a background in residential plumbing and are eager to transition into commercial plumbing work.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and water distribution systems
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend cost-effective solutions
Read blueprints, building codes, and technical diagrams to determine layout and plan installations
Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on-site to complete projects
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing and safety codes
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Plumber license (State of Michigan)
Previous experience in residential or commercial plumbing required
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and related tools
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Must have a valid driver’s license
