Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 40+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Account Manager in the Western/Northwestern part of Michigan (Great Lakes). Candidate must live in the area.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Customer Relationship Building
Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of dental practice accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with dental office staff, including dentists, hygienists, office managers, and support staff.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Conduct sales discovery conversations to identify practice needs and uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Develop and execute account plans to drive incremental revenue and expand relationships within practices.
Meet or exceed sales and growth targets by effectively positioning NDX's solutions and services.
Customer Engagement & On-Site Presence
Spend time in the field daily, meeting with customers to build rapport and gain insight into their needs and challenges.
Work closely with dental lab staff to align customer needs with operational capabilities, ensuring a high-quality experience.
Represent NDX at customer events, industry meetings, and conferences to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.
Collaboration with Lab Teams
Partner with lab teams to deliver superior customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain open and effective communication between labs and dental practices to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in dental sales, clinical dental experience, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth in a customer-facing role.
Strong understanding of dental industry practices, workflows, and terminology.

Sales acumen with the ability to uncover needs, propose solutions, and close deals.
Past experience tracking customer opportunities in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex customer scenarios.
