Under the direction of the System Director HR Strategy, Employee & Labor Relations, the HRBP Service Center Coordinator serves as the primary intake for all human resource and labor relations-related questions and concerns for MHC. After intake, the HRBP Service Coordinator answers all level 1 questions or triages to the appropriate HR Director or Manager. Additional primary duties include daily management of the system HR email inbox, system personnel/compliance audits, scanning, processing of HR corrective actions, and other HR work as assigned.
What we're looking for:Associate degree or bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, Healthcare or related field or 3 years of progressive experience in human resource/office management or healthcare field.Demonstrated work experience and ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations.Demonstrated and proven excellent communication and organizational awareness skills, advanced computer skills.
