Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking an HRIS Analyst with a strong background in human resources information systems and hands-on experience with Dayforce, Workday, UKG, or ADP. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HRIS experience, project management expertise, and a keen interest in leveraging HR AI solutions to enhance system efficiency.
Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the organization's HRIS platforms (Dayforce, Workday, UKG, ADP).
Support the implementation of HR AI technologies to streamline HR processes and enhance data analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, recommend solutions, and execute system enhancements.
Lead and manage HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Provide end-user support, conduct training sessions, and develop user documentation.
Ensure data integrity through audits, reporting, and regular system checks.
Develop and maintain complex HR analytics and dashboards to support decision-making.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, including hands-on experience with Dayforce, Workday, UKG, or ADP.
1+ year of experience in project management or HRIS implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Exposure to or experience with HR Artificial Intelligence (HR AI) solutions.
Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid schedule, with 2 days in the office and the remaining days remote. Ideally, in-office days are Tuesday and Thursday. You will work closely with the HR Systems/Analytics Manager and support them through HRIS integration and special projects. Core hours are 8-5, and the dress code is business casual. Can transition to fully remote once a candidate gets fully accumulated to the role.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $39.00/hr.
