Adecco is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator!
This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity supports HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in welcoming new hires, supporting recruiting efforts, and helping the HR team run smoothly.
Location:
100% Onsite - 3201 East Industrial Dr., Iron Mountain, MI
What's in it for you?
Responsibilities:
Support the HR team in fulfilling staffing and recruitment needs
Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new hires
Manage employment documentation and HR system updates
Assist with recruiting logistics and maintain interview documentation
Assign required training for new employees
Participate in hiring events, career fairs, social media campaigns, and other recruiting activities
Maintain accurate recruiting data and confidential personnel records
Perform data entry and other HR administrative tasks as needed
Take on additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an office or administrative support role
Prior HR experience supporting full-cycle recruiting is preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable using HR systems and handling data entry tasks
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
