Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Accounts Payable Clerk in the finance industry, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This role entails handling customer queries, processing customer applications, and maintaining precise customer records. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when needed.
Responsibilities:
Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
Maintaining precise customer credit records.
Handling account reconciliation tasks.
Managing accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conducting regular check runs.
Coding invoices correctly and efficiently.
Performing data entry tasks as required.
Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Utilizing Excel for data management and reporting.
Implementing process improvements as identified.
Utilizing Great Plains Dynamics for various accounts payable tasks. Requirements - Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Ability to conduct Check Runs
Skilled in Coding Invoices
Strong Data Entry capabilities
Familiarity with Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of Process Improvement strategies
Experience with Great Plains Dynamics
