This is an experienced level position where the employee performs a full range of licensed practical nurse duties. Provides skilled nursing services to patients and employees under the direction of professional registered nurse. Supports the ongoing operations of the medical clinic with scheduling appointments, preparing, and maintaining clinic records for patients and employees, corresponds scheduling information with the units, physicians, Safety Department, and acts as the liaison between off-site consultants concerning scheduled appointments, procedures and obtaining reports. Must be able to collect data from AVATAR and other sources and enter data into Excel databases. Supports patient vaccination programs.
The preferred and appointed candidate will be subject to pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty and follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing.
