Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Member Services Specialist to join their team. As a Member Services Specialist, you will be part of the customer service department supporting our valued members. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong sense of personal integrity which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Member Services Specialist
Location: Ishpeming, MI
Pay Range: From $16.00 per Hour
Shift: Full time, primarily M-F schedule with some flexibility between 8AM-5PM
What's the Job?
Manage account openings and closures at a financial institution with a focus on learning the procedures for trusts, power of attorney, estates, and business accounts, and review online membership applications.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Assist with safe deposit box services.
Process wire transfers.
Help customers resolve account issues and educate members on credit union products and services.
What's Needed?
Full-time availability with a primarily Monday to Friday schedule and some flexibility between 8 AM - 5 PM.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One year of business or customer service experience.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
