We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resource Coordinator in Iron Mountain, MI This role involves various functions within the human resources industry, including managing staffing needs, onboarding new hires, and supporting the recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR team to effectively address all staffing requirements.
Facilitate the onboarding process, including assigning necessary training to new hires.
Actively participate in recruiting activities such as career fairs, social media outreach, hiring events, and networking opportunities.
Maintain and distribute interview notes as needed to support the recruitment process.
Manage confidential personnel files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle data entry tasks with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Maintain standard recruiting data and compile related reports.
Ensure the timely completion of all employment documentation and system transactions.
Demonstrate high ethical standards and commitment to providing quality work.
Act as a team member, delivering high levels of quality service to the team.
Requirements - Proficient in Data Entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Ability to manage Office Functions seamlessly and efficiently.
Experience in Documentation, maintaining and organizing important files.
Responsible for Training staff and facilitating development programs.
Committed to Quality and continuous improvement in all tasks.
Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration and its best practices.
Skilled in using Social Media for recruitment and brand promotion.
Familiarity with Hiring Processes, including screening and interviewing.
Experience in Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth integration.
Proven track record in Recruiting, sourcing, and hiring top talent.
Strong Networking skills to build and maintain detail oriented relationships.
Ability to manage Financial Notes and budgeting for the HR department.
Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage Staffing needs and workforce planning.
Knowledge in Go programming language is a plus.
Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
Committed to providing Quality Service to all employees.
Familiarity with Recruiting Processes and strategies.
Experience in maintaining Personnel Records and ensuring their confidentiality.
Proven track record in conducting Recruiting Activities, such as job fairs.
