Description
One of our clients at TEKsystems has a decentralized IT
model across its divisions and plants, with several small AI pilots happening
across multiple locations and they are seeking a candidate with strong
requirements gathering skills, people skills, and the ability to translate
technical AI jargon into useful feedback. This feedback will help share
information among groups to understand the AI journey and scale successful
initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong Business Analyst, Product
Owner/Manager, or Program Manager who can relate to various levels of
leadership and management to understand AI usage and scalable business cases.
This hybrid role requires onsite presence 2-3 days a
week here in Southeast Michgian, with potential virtual meetings and occasional
travel.
Position Overview: The AI Adoption Specialist will drive AI adoption and innovation,
focusing on understanding AI trends, identifying opportunities, and
collaborating with IT and business teams to implement AI solutions. The role
also supports related technologies like Power BI and RPA.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about AI trends and emerging technologies.
Regional Collaboration: Meet with plant business teams to identify challenges and propose AI solutions.
Global Coordination: Share experiences and best practices with the global AI team.
Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized knowledge base for AI, Power BI, and RPA solutions.
Cross-Technology Support: Assist in managing Power BI and RPA initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in technology, analytics, or digital transformation.
Strong interest in AI and digital transformation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Power BI, RPA, or related technologies.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of AI vendors and solutions.
Experience in knowledge management.
Ability to travel periodically within North America.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
