Our client is seeking a Conveyor Controls Project Manager to join their team. As a Conveyor Controls Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of control systems for heavy conveyor projects. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Conveyor Controls Project Manager
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay Rate: Pay is between $45-50/hour w2 (Will be dependent on experience level)
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of project plans to ensure milestones are met.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing conveyor control processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time to project sites as required.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on conveyor control systems.
Prior experience with heavy conveyor systems is required.
Knowledge of control systems and process optimization techniques.
