Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $70K - $80K (depends on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

What's a typical day as a Project Manager? You'll be:
Facilitate the transition to EV manufacturing for businesses.
Lead a pipeline of corporate members to identify demand for EV components and collaborate to enhance the platform's utilization.
Implement quarterly events to engage businesses and showcase EV opportunities statewide.
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring they meet the strategic objectives and goals set forth.
Collaborate with the Business Solutions Group (BSG) to deliver impactful training and advisory services to support the process across Michigan.
Align project services with company objectives and requirements.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to coaching sessions, classroom events, referrals, applications, revenue growth, job creation, and capital investments.
Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management and partners.
Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and activities, drawing insights to refine processes and enhance outcomes.
Integrate feedback mechanisms to ensure participant effectiveness and project alignment with evolving market needs over the 3-year period.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within automotive or manufacturing sectors.
Proven track record of managing transition projects from internal combustion engines to electric vehicle production, including technical and financial aspects.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or Monday.com.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
