Job Title: Maintenance Lead
Job Description
A family-owned company in Shelby, which produces both low and high-volume precision machined components and assemblies for the automotive, truck, and bus industries, is seeking a Maintenance Lead/Manager.
Responsibilities
Implementing and creating PM (Preventative Maintenance) schedules
Overseeing tool crib and inventory management
Performing CNC repair and maintenance
Possibly training other technicians who would work under them
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in CNC repair and maintenance, both electrical and mechanical (5-7+ years)
Ability to create and implement PM schedules
Leadership or supervision experience (minimum 1 year)
Collaborative skills (working with team members and the owner)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in CNC repair
Proficiency in CNC maintenance
Experience in supervision and leadership roles
Ability to manage inventory and tool cribs
Familiarity with CNC manuals
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
