Are you passionate about working with dogs and helping them become their best selves? We're looking for a skilled and dedicated dog trainer to join our team at Paws & Beyond. If you do not have the skills yet you are willing to learn, we have a training program to give you the skills you need .
Interviews will be hands on.
Must be willing to undergo our trainers' program and be able to work with all breeds of dogs. Must have a balanced mindset and not an all-positive training mindset.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have knowledge with social media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc.)
- Interacting with the public in a professional manner.
- Attend PR events.
- Be self-motivated!
· The ideal Dog Trainer candidate must have:
· Strong work ethic, reliable, honest, and most importantly, a passion for dogs. Computer skills with the ability to create dog training videos. The ability to work during peak traffic periods during weekdays and weekends. Customer service and communication skills are essential.
All Trainers assist as Kennel aids. At Paws & Beyond we all work as a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
