Machine Operators in Holland - Direct Hire
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented operator to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic team working in one of three departments: Mixing, Coding, or Production.
Prepare equipment and materials for production.
Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, inputting materials, and monitoring defects/loss for continuous quality inspection.
Maintain accurate records of production work in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES).
Track all non-conformities and scraps.
Wear full mask respirators when handling powders in the Mixing department.
Ensure proper use of PPE to avoid contact with chemicals.
Handle occasional line breaks and manage oven operations in the Coding department.
Assist with lifting and maneuvering heavy machinery components.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.
Offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees' paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. Company provides $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
