Job Description
The Project Manager is a key member of the organization and the leader of the project team, responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and successful completion of the project within the desired time, schedule, and quality. The Project Manager provides technical direction ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable laws and regulations and oversees the project documentation process. The Project Manager must be proficient in contract agreements both at the owner and subcontractor level.

Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience in Project Management, with a minimum of two years in a similar role (2-5 years experience).
Must have 2-5 years experience in Heavy Industrial or Wastewater treatment construction.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Procore, and other enterprise software platforms.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining budget, quality, and scheduling deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
A team player with a great attitude and willingness to lead by example.
Creative and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.
Ability to work in both field and office settings regularly.
Work Environment
This position is based 100% in South-East Michigan with no travel outside of Michigan. The company has over 150 employees, with 15 working in the office and the majority in the field. The work environment involves 70% office work and 30% onsite presence. The role requires constant coordination with superintendents and foremen for daily activities, coordination of material deliveries to the project site, and collaboration with subcontractors. Fieldwork may include adverse weather conditions, loud working environments, and high levels of activity. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
