Position Details:
In this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed and the freedom to create your own schedule within the hours of operation. Our collaborative interdisciplinary team provides scheduling and billing support to clinicians. The BCBA will provide support to our in-home and center-based ABA program. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
Completing assessments
Parent training
Client specific program development
Schedule flexibility within the hours of operation: The ABA Center is open 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM during the school year, and in-home services are operational all day until 7:30 PM.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCBA eligibility
MichiganBCBA Licensure
Minimum of (1) one year ABA experience
BCaBA would also be considered
