We are seeking a personable, positive, and team motivated medical assistant or registered nurse to join our pediatric office.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a welcoming and positive environment
- Obtaining patient information and updating health records
- Scheduling follow up appointments, procedures, and tests
- Recording patients vitals and administering vaccines
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Explaining tests and procedures to patients and families
- Stocking and sterilizing exam rooms between patients
- Performing other duties related to the office upon request
Requirements:
- Experience measuring and recording vital health statistics
- Ability to monitor and efficiently communicate information
- Knowledge of standard healthcare practices and medical terminology
- Proficiency with electronic health recordkeeping systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
