Globe Industries is seeking applicants for a Full or Part-time Office Assistant.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm
Looking for someone with a mix of knowledge and experience.
Some of the duties will include:
- Maintain and update files & mailing lists, run various reports, and conduct inventory on a computer.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages & orders as called in and dispatch trucks to work sites.
- Communicate with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions regarding our products/services.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Knowledge of insurance and licensing needed for drivers and operators.
- Experience in an office setting using Computers & Quickbooks preferred.
- Should be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Other duties as assigned

Pay is negotiable based on education & experience starting at $15.00/hr minimum.
A High school diploma is required. Associate Degree in a business-related field preferred.
