Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management.
- Manage employee relations to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks for the organization.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Implement program management practices to enhance HR processes, including performance management systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Director of Human Resources or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and employment labor law.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and program management within an HR context.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to correspond effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in talent acquisition, career development, and change management processes.
- A track record of successfully supervising teams and driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM
Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred.
Five years’ experience in administration and human resources field.
