Title: Home Repair & Facilities Manager
Hourly Rate (Minimum): $17.76 per hour (minimum)
Hours (Per Pay Period): 46 hours per pay period (23 hours per week)

Summary
As the Home Repair & Facilities Manager, you will support the agency’s vision, mission, and approaches to the problems that we are trying to solve. You will drive the work of coordinating home repair projects. You will perform site visits and act as the agency liaison between Home To Stay and contractors hired to perform work within the program. In conjunction with the Executive Director, you will utilize data-driven strategies that inform best practices to positively affect the community that we serve.
In this role, you will partner and collaborate with all internal staff and programs to further the work of the agency goals. You will provide limited assistance to the Furniture & Appliance program as needed. You will act as the point person regarding and perform maintenance on the physical properties owned/managed/leased by Home To Stay to include the vehicle fleet. You will learn about, research, and report on construction and home repair trends to ensure that community-based services are equitable and address systematic factors that keep individuals and families from reaching self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities

Visit prequalified client homes to complete assessments of need and evaluate scope of work

Create job estimates and proposed resourcing plans as needed

Provide basic designs and plans for the work to include ordering/procuring materials as needed

Obtain bids and coordinate contracted work as needed

Recruit/manage volunteers in conjunction with the Community Engagement Specialist as needed

Oversee and perform maintenance on Home To Stay facilities and vehicle fleet

Make capital replacement requests as needed
