We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support key Finance and Accounting initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to build practical skills, gain exposure to enterprise systems, and be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Assist with mapping General Ledger (GL) accounts from multiple ledgers to a unified Master Chart of Accounts
Support the creation and implementation of a monthly forecasting process
Help develop dynamic, formula-driven financial statements (not hard keyed)
Build a covenant reporting tool that pulls data directly from our system
Assist in the creation of consolidated ledgers in Excel for multi-entity reporting
Participate in D365 projects for our Oklahoma City and Cincinnati locations
Qualifications and Experience
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Familiarity with financial reporting and forecasting concepts
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus, but not required
