We are seeking an Architectural Design Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. This position offers the opportunity to participate in the design of state-of-the-art buildings for the world's leading companies. This is an onsite role requiring daily attendance at our Toledo, Troy, or Brentwood (Nashville) office. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of routine design assignments, with increasing responsibility, under the direction of a project engineer/architect or department manager.
Works from both own designs and designs of others, compiles data, performs design computations, makes quantity take-offs, and assists in preparation of cost estimates.
Drafts interpretation of own design into completed working drawings and applies design fundamentals.
Develops project details, prepares selections, and adapts to alternatives.
Maintains working knowledge of the discipline's codes and studies non-routine code issues.
Performs production of construction documents.
Qualifications
Student currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a NAAB-accredited architectural program.
Rising Junior or Senior academic year preferred.
Consideration will be given to 1st and 2nd-year master's students.
Experience with Revit is preferred.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour depending on year in school.
