Colliers Mortgage is seeking a multifamily focused Agency Loan Closer to manage complex Fannie Mae DUS loan closings, including review of loan documents and preparation of closing statements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a liaison between all parties related to loan closing, including borrower, attorney, underwriting, Title Company, etc.
Work collaboratively with internal team members and provide outstanding service to external clients
Accurately prepare Commitment Letters, escrow analysis and Closing Statements in preparation for loan closing
Review loan documents to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae and Lender guidelines
Resolve pre-closing, closing and post-closing issues
Prepare and submit wire requests for loan funding
Assembles and submits the Loan Servicing Package
Prepare and submit the delivery package to Fannie Mae
Adhere to internal or external policies, laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
2+ years of commercial or multifamily real estate loan closing experience required
Knowledge of Fannie Mae DUS lending products and systems strongly preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize workload and manage several complex projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and judgment skills
Ability to interact professionally at all levels of an organization
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Regular and reliable attendance required
Occasional Domestic travel required
COMPENSATION
Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:
Approximate Wage Range for this Role: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
