As materials are very carefully selected, the cutting, finishing and assembly processes are executed in each department with a goal to exceed expectations. We do this by demonstrating our excellent organizational skills through our Lean Manufacturing processes. Our woodworkers are a critical element in the creation of cabinetry that exceeds the customer vision.

Our ideal candidate would bring full woodworking experiences from reviewing and analyzing shop drawings and blueprints, preparing and operating the machinery and tools, and the creation of each piece of fine cabinetry.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an Custom Cabinetmaker / Woodworker from professionally gained experiences in the trade or a passionate hobbyist of wood crafting furniture and cabinetry. What we would like from you is the enthusiasm, willingness and professionalism to learn our methods in the creation of each piece of fine cabinetry.
What you will do and what is required:

Verify dimensions or check the quality or fit of pieces to ensure adherence to specifications.

Measure and mark dimensions of parts on paper or lumber stock prior to cutting, following blueprints, to ensure a tight fit and quality product.

Set up or operate machines, including power saws, jointers, mortisers, tenoners, molders, or shapers, to cut, mold, or shape woodstock or wood substitutes.

Establish the specifications of articles to be constructed or repaired, or plan the methods or operations for shaping or assembling parts, based on blueprints, drawings, diagrams, or oral or written instructions.

Attach parts or subassemblies together to form completed units, using glue, dowels, nails, screws, or clamps.

Reinforce joints with nails or other fasteners to prepare articles for finishing.
- Install hardware, such as hinges, handles, catches, or drawer pulls, using hand tools.
- Operations of table saws, planer, band saw, router, wide belt sander, panel saw, track saw, chop saw and all basic hand tools
- Have the ability to read and interpret prints and work orders.
- Demonstrate the ability numerically with precise measurements and cutting.
- Detail oriented with the ability to follow exact instructions as set forth per custom job.
- Ability to use a pallet jack, forklift and other assisted machinery
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Punctual with excellent attendance.
- Respectful, detailed and continuous communication among the team.
- Forward thinker with daily planning and organization ability to meet time lines and quality expectations.
- Other qualities such as woodworking for a personal hobby and a passion for excellent craftsmanship.
