Inside Out Builders MI LLC is a small business in Fife Lake, MI. We are professional and our goal is to offer quality services to the community we serve with a purpose. Our purpose is to build our company and grow. Once in a position to, we will be Helping Transform Lives From The Inside Out by building affordable housing and providing a liveable wage for our Neighbors who work for us.

Looking for someone who is dependable and has own reliable transportation. The work hours are typically 8:00am-4:30pm. Must have prior experience and an eager willingness to learn the trade.
IOB is hoping to build into the community with providing affordable housing and a liveable wage so the Neighbors we hire need to be dependable and dedicated to working for a greater purpose.
We want Neighbors to work for us who are not under the influence of any drugs whatsoever but we do review backgrounds on a case by case basis.
Job requires lifting and moving and bending and is quite physically demanding. We do roofing, siding, flooring, tiling, drywalling, framing, demolition..anything remodeling related as well as brand new home constructions.
We are a new company and building up. Pay is increased based on employee and company performance, not cost of living or yearly intervals. We promote from within and do not typically hire supervisors but choose to promote those who have earned that title with their skills, dedication, and actions. Pay is bi-weekly. Benefits to follow as company grows. W-2 Only. No tools needed. Must have working cell phone and email.
You must be willing to travel from job location to job location which is typically within a 1 hour radius of Fife Lake, Michigan. Schedule changes frequently based on where the job site is and what needs to be done. We want you to learn and grow and be successful so ask questions and ask for help. No one knows everything but we all can grow together as a team and as a community if we use our available resources and work together!

Pay: $17 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
