Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist facilities the efficient operation of the front office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages the front desk including but not limited to answering phone calls, welcoming guests, mail delivery, scanning and filing, etc.
• Assists all departments with administrative or additional tasks as needed or requested
• Daily cleaning of the front office area to keep the best first impression
• Coordinates employee luncheons and activities as instructed
• Coordinates guests and vendor meetings by ordering lunch, snacks and dinner reservations
• Monitors, manages and orders necessary office supplies for the office and breakrooms
• Reviews monthly credit card reconciliation reports and updates system with necessary information for reconciling
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

• Enthusiastic and outing personality to effectively interact with individuals
• Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Requirement of strong proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office program including Excel and Word
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior job experience is preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
