Machine Operator, Canton, MI
First shift - Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:15 PM - ( with opportunities for overtime, Friday and Saturday )
Starting pay of $16 per hour.
?High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must be able to speak and read English language.
Must be able to Pass a drug screen.
Must be able to stand for 10 hour shifts.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate various machines, such as CNC's, Coin Presses and Dial's.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
- Ability to stand for 10 hour shifts
- Meet quality standards
- Maintain production standards.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Understanding of tool wear
- Tool changes and offsets
- Automation – robots and ability to work through select alarms (any experience a plus)
