Position: Private Duty Aide - Long Term Care
Job Status: Part Time with Varied Shifts
Position Summary:
Acts as companion to residents. May participate in board games, card games, crafts, or other activities
Match the resident former lifestyle as closely as possible within the environmental constraints of the facility
Directly responsible to the Director of Nursing; also responsible to nursing staff on duty
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work as a team as well as independently
Demonstrates ability to be courteous, diplomatic, and tactful when interacting with residents
BLS preferred
