CNC Machine Shop Estimator
Three M Tool & Machine is looking to add an Estimator to its team. Candidate should possess in depth knowledge of precision manufacturing, including machining, assembly, quality, engineering, process design.
Duties: Process CNC Machine Shop Estimator
- Work with a top-notch, agile team to process a wide variety of precision machined products for diverse industries
- Work in a high mix/low volume environment and manage details from multiple projects and customers at once
- Estimate costs and lead times, for new and repeat work, to various levels of detail by researching product history, if any, reviewing or designing process, assessing all costs associated with all requirements of project
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Work with full-featured company ERP software to calculate pricing
- Make use of, improve; well organized systems already in place to ensure proper handling of communication channels, work flow, and customer requirements
- Work in close coordination with sales department to ensure all requirements of the customer are met, in accordance with company strategy
