Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, event planning, hospitality, communications or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Previous experience in managing projects that include event logistics, contracting and bid-process and tracking expenses.
- Experience working with and for top level executives and high-ranking officials.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Must be very detail oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Requires the ability to work extended hours including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.
