Responsibilities for Training and Compliance Coordinator:
Previous experience in clinical education preferred.
Coordinate, develop and implement processes for providing clinical education for all facilities
Work in collaboration with Nursing leadership to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of clinical services
Provide Education and Training to Nursing Staff to include Detox and Assessment protocols
Work closely with both county and NaphCare programs to ensure seamless continuity of care
Assist with onboarding processes
Assist with orientation and training of new clinical staff members in coordination with county nursing leadership
Conduct audits of patient Electronic Health Records to ensure that patient care is being rendered and documented in accordance with local, state and national standards.

Qualifications
Qualifications for Registered Nurses (RNs):
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Detroit, MI.
Valid CPR card
Position may require he/she to stand or walk for long periods of time while performing duties
