Leasing Consultant - Rochester, MI
Wintegrity is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant in Rochester Hills, MI. This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to excel in the field of leasing and property management. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for clerical duties, answering inquiries about rental units, and assisting potential clients with applications and lease agreements. Must possess strong sales and marketing abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements.
Field general questions regarding rental units and property features.
Answer phones, greet potential clients, and show model apartments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have leasing or property management experience required.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Demonstrate excellent sales and marketing abilities.
Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
Perform clerical duties as required.
Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, intermediate level preferred.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Be available to work on Saturdays.
