Graphics/Vinyl installer – Production Art - Job description

We are seeking a skilled Vinyl graphics installer to join our team. As a vinyl graphic installer, you work to install vinyl graphics, posts, panels, and related materials for a customer. This may include applying a decal to a vehicle, a wall, windows, or even the floor of a building. In this role, you will also have to work with signs and equipment of other types as needed. You also help with design work, provide suggestions to a customer, maintain and repair printing machines, and cut or trim the final decal or vehicle wrap as needed. Some on-the-job training and specialized classes will be provided.
Responsibilities:
· Installing vinyl graphics, wall covering, vehicle wraps/ lettering and various types of signs with attention to detail and quality.
· Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure that installations meet their specifications and expectations
· Keep accurate records of installations and material usage
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
· Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail and time management
· Provide outstanding customer service in a variety of client environments, including construction site, office and retail settings.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and regulations
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
· Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces
· Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
· Experience with Corel Draw and VersaWorks
Job Type: Full-time / Monday – Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm
Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
