Direct Support Professional
Pay: $17.18/hour; Full time; Part-time; plus benefits if applicable

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking responsible, dependable, empowering self-starters with a desire to positively impact the lives of others. This position supports and assists adults with a developmental disability and/or mental illness in accomplishing their goals and meeting their daily needs, including medication administration, health, safety, hygiene, and wellness in residential settings. Full Time, Part-Time, Weekend, and Relief Shifts available.
SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
- 10-hour shift
- 12-hour shift
- 4-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- On call
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. (On occasion, a position may become available where driving is not necessary).
- Ability to initiate and communicate effectively using positive, proactive language.
- Technical and descriptive writing skills.
- Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Reliable transportation.
PREFERENCES:
- Experience and/or education in related field preferred but not require
