Job Summary:
Rolls Mechanical is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our branding efforts and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Digital Marketing and Face-to-Face Marketing Strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and foster long-term relationships. Please plan to provide a portfolio detailing your successful campaigns and projects from previous positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC, website management).
- Create and manage engaging content for various platforms to attract and retain customers.
- Develop and maintain face-to-face marketing strategies, including but not limited to networking events, trade shows, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Ability to capture and edit engaging photos
- Creative outlook into projects with the ability to bring a fun and creative twist.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with brand development and storytelling.
- Proven ability to plan and execute in-person marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
